Our
Classes

Boutique Style Yoga. Not just a class, an experience.

All classes include: 

​

  • Mat

  • Bolsters

  • Blocks

  • Meditation pillows

  • Blankets for Savasana

  • Herbal Tea served after each class

​

House Rules: 

  • Must pre-register for the class, no walk-ins available. 

  • Arrive to class 5 minutes early to settle in.

  • Notice of cancellation must be 3+ hrs before class.

  • All classes have a 2-person minimum. If min isn't met, the class will be canceled 2 hours prior. 

  • Packages must be used within the duration listed at purchase.

  • Bring water and stay hydrated!
